System Integrators

Hardware planning for your next installation.

Start with the site

A useful hardware brief connects the display to its location, viewing task, installation method, and operating conditions. Start with the site before choosing a board or screen size.

  • Installation country, site type, and indoor, behind-glass, or exposed outdoor placement
  • Viewing distance, ambient light, screen orientation, and target display size
  • Mounting surface, available clearance, cable routes, power, network, and service access
  • Touch interaction, connected peripherals, and responsibilities for installation

Define the system boundary

Identify who supplies the display, player, CMS, networking, installation, and ongoing support. Specify the proposed software version and device-management workflow. An Android or Windows label alone does not establish compatibility.

Review the integration checklist

Explore installation formats

Compare floor-standing and wall-mounted routes against the available space and installation drawing. Use product pages to identify a starting model; confirm the required configuration in your project review.

Build a sample test plan

Agree on the sample configuration, test content, test duration, and acceptance checks. Include playback, offline behavior, touch or peripheral operation, remote management, and recovery after a restart where relevant. Record the exact versions tested.

Plan sample evaluation

Prepare with practical guides

Share a project brief

Send the selected product link, installation country, expected quantity or rollout stages, drawings, required configuration, software versions, and your target installation date. Separate confirmed requirements from questions still under review.
