OEM/ODM

Move from a project requirement to a defined configuration.

Project Requirements

Describe the changes your project needs and the constraints that matter. Requested changes are subject to technical and commercial review; they are not confirmed standard features.

  • Enclosure dimensions, finish, branding, and packaging
  • Screen format, mounting method, connectors, and peripherals
  • Board, memory, storage, OS, and software installation requirements
  • Destination, quantity, rollout stages, installation conditions, and delivery target

Choose a starting format

A product family provides a starting point for the brief. Confirm the exact model and requested changes before treating a configuration as available.

From brief to scope confirmation

  • Requirements: share drawings, references, and the intended use
  • Review: identify feasibility questions and the proposed configuration
  • Evaluation: agree on the sample and acceptance checks
  • Confirmation: record the approved configuration, quantities, documents, and commercial terms
  • Handover: confirm the applicable installation and support information

Sample evaluation

Name the configuration, intended environment, software combination, and acceptance checks. Document the exact sample tested, the result of each check, and changes needed before a larger order. Sample pricing, availability, shipping, and lead time are confirmed for the specific request.

Define the documentation package

Ask for the applicable specification, dimension drawing, installation instructions, configuration record, and any required inspection or market-specific documentation. Confirm document revisions and model coverage.

Send your customization brief

Include the starting product link, drawings, required changes, destination, and quantity. Mark open questions so the first review can focus on the decisions needed.
