OPEN FRAME MONITORS
Bring a glass-front LCD into a kiosk, equipment panel or custom fixture. The black front and perforated side flanges provide a clear starting point for an embedded display, with touch and player options selected for your application.

FUNCTION & DESIGN

The broad black glass front frames the display without an exposed metal fixing rim across the viewing surface. Match the front overlap to the surrounding panel.
Vertical mounting flanges sit behind the front face. Use their positions, the cabinet depth and cable clearance to plan the host enclosure.
Thirteen confirmed sizes run from 7 to 22 inches. Select the exact size first, then use its drawing and panel specification rather than scaling another cabinet.
Choose a capacitive touch configuration for customer selection or equipment interaction. A non-touch configuration suits information-only displays.
The monitor reference supports VGA and HDMI, with DVI and serial touch options. Match video, touch-controller and host connections as separate requirements.
Discuss Android, Windows, standalone or dual-system builds when the enclosure needs its own player. Android signage configurations can include remote content publishing.
APPLICATIONS

Fit an interactive display into a cabinet that also houses your selected readers, printer or other equipment.
Place instructions, status views or an application interface within a custom control enclosure.
Build a digital product-information point into shelving, counters or furniture.
CONFIGURATION
Choose the details you know. Your selection becomes the starting point for a project quotation.
CONTENT & HOST WORKFLOW
Use the monitor with your equipment host, or select an integrated player when the project needs local applications or signage content.
Define the video signal, touch controller and application requirements.
Match the screen, board, memory and external connections to the enclosure.
Use programs, schedules and display groups with a compatible Android signage configuration.
Permanent LAN and WAN CMS use is included with the specified Android LCD configuration. Wi-Fi or Ethernet provides connectivity; compatible 4G hardware and a SIM are optional. A monitor-only build needs its external host; Windows publishing software is selected separately.
The monitor and computing configuration remain separate specification items.

BEFORE YOU SPECIFY
Practical answers for this display format.
Discuss your projectThe product has a broad black glass front with mounting flanges behind its side edges. The front-face appearance distinguishes it from exposed metal-bezel designs.
Use the perforated side flanges and the selected-size mechanical drawing. Plan the front opening, flange access, cable space and support within your cabinet.
The embedded monitor is the starting point. A desktop support or other mounting accessory is selected separately with your installation requirements.
Capacitive touch is available. Specify the touch controller, operating system and application so the interface and driver can be matched.
The monitor reference separates VGA or HDMI video from USB touch; DVI and RS232 touch are project options. Confirm the connector layout for the selected configuration.
No. Panel resolution is selected by size and configuration. Request the native pixel dimensions for the display you intend to order.
An integrated Android, Windows, standalone or dual-system configuration can be discussed. A monitor-only build still needs a suitable external signal source.
The documented monitor reference uses an AC 100–240 V adapter with DC 12 V / 4 A output. This is an adapter rating, not measured operating consumption.
Choose 7, 8, 10.1, 12, 12.1, 13.3, 15, 15.6, 17, 17.3, 19, 21.5 or 22 inches. Panel characteristics and cabinet dimensions are selected for the chosen size.
Send the size, quantity, destination, host or operating system, touch requirement and enclosure drawing. Include the front cutout, available depth, required connections and any environmental requirements.
