OPEN FRAME MONITORS
A compact metal-cased LCD with a broad black front, external mounting tabs and a vented back. Configure the screen and touch system for equipment panels, service terminals and embedded information applications.

FUNCTION & DESIGN

Pairs of top and bottom fixing tabs combine with side mounting points. Plan their access and the front opening within the equipment panel.
The source describes a capacitive touch monitor with USB touch connection. Match the selected controller and application to the operating system.
The reference describes an AC 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz adapter with DC 12 V / 4 A output. Select the complete supply for the agreed configuration.
Native display pixels, touch coordinates and touch response describe different functions. Use the selected LCD resolution to design the interface artwork.
Rear openings and fixing positions form part of the equipment integration. Keep cable connections and ventilation accessible behind the panel.
Use an external host or discuss an integrated Android, Windows, standalone or dual-system arrangement around the available depth and application requirements.
APPLICATIONS

Integrate the display within equipment with limited front-panel space.
Match a touch display with the host and peripherals required for the service workflow.
Create a fixed information and input point with accessible rear wiring.
CONFIGURATION
Choose the details you know. Your selection becomes the starting point for a project quotation.
CONTENT & HOST WORKFLOW
Use the monitor with your equipment host, or select an integrated player when the project needs local applications or signage content.
Define the video signal, touch controller and application requirements.
Match the screen, board, memory and external connections to the enclosure.
Use programs, schedules and display groups with a compatible Android signage configuration.
Permanent LAN and WAN CMS use is included with the specified Android LCD configuration. Wi-Fi or Ethernet provides connectivity; compatible 4G hardware and a SIM are optional. A monitor-only build needs its external host; Windows publishing software is selected separately.
The monitor and computing configuration remain separate specification items.

BEFORE YOU SPECIFY
Practical answers for this display format.
Discuss your projectIt has a broad black front with separate top, bottom and side fixing positions. Use the chosen cabinet drawing to plan the front opening and fixings.
No. The confirmed size menu contains 13 sizes from 7 to 22 inches. The 12-inch source is a configuration reference rather than a restriction on that menu.
A capacitive touch configuration is described. The exact controller, number of touch points and driver are selected with the proposed build.
USB touch and the video signal serve different purposes. Confirm the actual video connector and touch connection in the agreed port layout.
The source lists 350 cd/m² and optional 1000 cd/m² panel configurations. Match brightness to the chosen panel, front cover and installation environment.
The source uses an external adapter accepting AC 100–240 V at 50/60 Hz with DC 12 V / 4 A output. It is a supply rating, not measured unit consumption.
Choose the screen size, then use its outer dimensions, active area, front overlap and fixing positions. Leave space for rear connections and ventilation.
A standalone playback configuration is available for compatible local media. A monitor-only unit instead receives content from its external host.
Choose 7, 8, 10.1, 12, 12.1, 13.3, 15, 15.6, 17, 17.3, 19, 21.5 or 22 inches. Panel characteristics and cabinet dimensions are selected for the chosen size.
Send the size, quantity, destination, host or operating system, touch requirement and enclosure drawing. Include the front cutout, available depth, required connections and any environmental requirements.
