ENGINEERED INTO YOUR EQUIPMENT
Wide-Format Open Frame Touch Monitor
More horizontal interface space. A defined fixing edge.
Build a wide landscape interface into equipment or a custom kiosk using a black front flange and external fixing tabs. Choose the screen, touch and host or player for your equipment.
INTEGRATION WITH A PURPOSE
More horizontal interface space. A defined fixing edge.

Plan a wide interface canvas.
The 22-inch source reference lists a 473.5 × 297.4 mm active area. Use the selected panel’s native pixels and actual image shape when designing a horizontal application.
Secure the display at the external tabs.
The wide front flange and top and bottom fixing tabs distinguish this form from the compact and flat-front styles. Review the hole pattern, overlap and service access in the enclosure drawing.
Specify a resistive input workflow.
The reference describes resistive touch with USB connection. Match the input method, host driver and actual operator workflow; non-touch or another selected touch build can be reviewed.
Choose brightness for the working environment.
The source lists a 350-nit reference and a 1000-nit option. Match the selected LCD to ambient light and the thermal design of the finished cabinet.
Keep touch coordinates separate from screen resolution.
Touch-controller coordinate ranges describe touch mapping. They do not establish a 4K LCD or the physical pixel count of the selected panel.
Plan the monitor, host and supply as one system.
Confirm video input, touch path, cable routing, external supply and mounting before fabrication. Choose an integrated player only when the application requires local computing.

BEFORE YOU SPECIFY
Answers for your project.
Is this always a 16:9 LCD?
Use the actual selected panel’s native resolution and active area. The supplied 22-inch reference has a 473.5 × 297.4 mm active area, so a blanket 16:9 label is not used.
Does a 4096 × 4096 touch value mean a 4K display?
No. Touch coordinates describe the controller’s mapping range. The LCD’s native pixel resolution is a separate panel specification.
Which touch method is documented?
The reference uses resistive touch with USB connection. Other touch or non-touch requirements are reviewed as a selected configuration.
Is 1000 nits standard on this monitor?
The source lists 350 nits with an optional 1000-nit panel. The quotation confirms the selected brightness and complete build.
Can we mount through the external tabs?
Use the selected-size drawing for the tabs, fixing holes, flange overlap and cutout. Confirm load support and service access with the enclosure designer.
Is the active area the same as the cutout?
No. Active area describes the visible LCD region. The front flange, cabinet and fixing tabs have their own dimensions and required overlap.
Does the adapter rating establish operating consumption?
No. DC 12 V, 4 A is the supply output reference. Complete-unit consumption includes the chosen LCD, controller and any integrated player.
What should we provide for a wide-interface project?
Send the screen size, enclosure drawing, available depth, application, host video and touch connections, quantity and destination. Include ambient-light and service-access requirements.
Which screen sizes can we select?
Choose 7, 8, 10.1, 12, 12.1, 13.3, 15, 15.6, 17, 17.3, 19, 21.5 or 22 inches. Each size uses its own selected panel and assembly drawing.
Can we use our own software or APK?
Yes. Choose Yes in the inquiry and share the application, operating system, required drivers and peripheral connections. The team reviews the proposed hardware and software together.
Which system configurations are available?
Android, Windows, standalone and dual-system options can be reviewed. Dual-system pairings include Android + Windows or Android + Linux. A monitor-only build uses your external host.
What does the Android CMS include?
Compatible Android LCD configurations include permanent LAN and WAN CMS use for layouts, scheduled media and grouped publishing. An equipment-control application or live business-system integration is specified separately.
Does remote CMS publishing require 4G?
No. Wi-Fi or RJ45 Ethernet can provide connectivity. Compatible cellular hardware and a SIM are optional, with network and data charges separate.
Does a Windows build include the same CMS arrangement?
Windows publishing software, licenses and integrations are selected separately. The Android CMS inclusion does not automatically apply to Windows.
Can the enclosure and branding be customized?
Review the front, mounting, finish, logo, startup presentation, preloaded application, documentation and packing. The accepted quotation identifies the actual custom work and supplied accessories.
Which compliance documents can procurement review?
The compliance section links CE, FCC, RoHS, EMC, LVD and RED product documentation. ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management records and SGS supplier assessments are separate company evidence.
What warranty applies?
Standard products follow the published 24-month limited hardware warranty unless the accepted order states product-specific terms. Transport, custom work and on-site services follow the policy and written agreement.
Does Request a Quote place an order?
No. It sends project requirements for review. The written quotation identifies configuration, software, accessories, quantity, customization, freight and delivery before you decide to place an order.
How are freight, customization and delivery confirmed?
The written quotation identifies the selected build, quantity, customization, destination, freight, taxes or duties, and delivery schedule. A listed reference unit price does not define the total project price.
