A 1:1 physical display gives product photography, abstract art, brand stories and information layouts a different composition. Prepare the content for the native pixel dimensions of the selected square panel.

The confirmed sizes are 19.2, 26, 29.6, 33.3, 39.4, 45.4, 52.3 and 67.6 inches. Match visible area, cabinet dimensions and viewing distance before selecting the assembly.
Bring the display into an interior or fixture.
Review wall mounting or cabinet integration around the actual rear enclosure, fixings, ventilation and cable route. The supplied front and rear views show the product form for planning.

Each unit is a single square LCD. Multiple framed units can form a coordinated composition; screen spacing, content layout and any synchronized playback are specified for that installation.
Choose display-only or touch interaction.
A non-touch configuration presents scheduled content. A compatible touch configuration can support an application for product browsing, information or service access.

Is this a square LCD rather than a standard widescreen monitor?
Yes. It is a square-format LCD product with a 1:1 physical display shape, selected for square content and installation layouts.
Which square display sizes are available?
Choose 19.2, 26, 29.6, 33.3, 39.4, 45.4, 52.3 or 67.6 inches. The selected panel and enclosure define the complete assembly dimensions.
Does every size use 1920 × 1920 pixels?
No common resolution is applied across the eight sizes. Request the native pixel dimensions for the selected panel before producing content.
Can a square touch screen display run our application?
A compatible touch build can be reviewed against your software or APK, operating system and interface needs. Share the intended interaction and application requirements.
Can it be installed inside a retail cabinet?
Yes, a cabinet-integration assembly can be reviewed. Confirm the fixing arrangement, rear depth, ventilation, service access and power/data routing with the fixture designer.
Can multiple units form a seamless video wall?
Multiple framed square displays can form a composition, but each has its own cabinet and border. Any wall layout and synchronized playback need a specified controller and content plan.
Can portrait or landscape artwork be played on it?
It can be adapted within a square layout. Crop, letterbox or redesign the source content for the actual square canvas rather than stretching the image.
What information is needed for a square display quote?
Send the diagonal size or available installation space, content use, touch preference, operating system, software, quantity, mounting and destination.
Which operating systems can we specify?
Android, Windows, standalone and dual-system configurations are available. Match the player, panel and software to the project; dual-system combinations include Android + Windows or Android + Linux.
Can we use our own software or APK?
Yes. Select Yes in the inquiry and share the application, target operating system, required connections and workflow. The team reviews compatibility for the selected build.
Is touch available?
Non-touch and touch configurations are available. Choose display-only operation for scheduled media or review touch with the intended interactive application.
What does Android CMS include?
Compatible Android LCD configurations include permanent LAN and WAN CMS use for layouts, media scheduling and grouped publishing. Content publishing is separate from POS, ordering, payments and live business-system integrations.
Do remote updates require a 4G SIM?
No. Wi-Fi or RJ45 Ethernet can provide connectivity. Compatible cellular hardware and a SIM are optional; network and data charges are separate.
Does Windows include the same CMS arrangement?
Windows publishing software, licenses and integrations are specified separately. Android’s permanent LAN and WAN CMS inclusion does not automatically apply to Windows.
Can Gemdragon customize the display?
Review housing finish, logo, startup presentation, preloaded application, mounting, documentation and packing with Gemdragon. The accepted quotation identifies the supplied configuration and custom work.
Which compliance evidence is available?
The compliance section links CE, FCC, RoHS, EMC, LVD and RED product documentation. ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management records and SGS supplier assessments are separate company evidence.
What warranty applies?
Standard products follow the published 24-month limited hardware warranty unless the accepted order states product-specific terms. Custom work, transport and on-site services follow the policy and written agreement.
Does Request a Quote place an order?
No. It sends project requirements for review. The written quotation identifies the agreed display, software, accessories, quantity, customization, freight and delivery terms before an order is placed.
How are freight, customization and delivery confirmed?
The written quotation identifies the selected build, quantity, customization, destination, freight, taxes or duties, and delivery schedule. A listed reference unit price does not define the total project price.
