What is the Warranty policy ?
Standard limited hardware coverage is 24 months, with 12 months for rechargeable batteries and battery management systems. The three core 43–65-inch ranges—ultra-thin floor-standing kiosks, ultra-thin wall-mounted displays, and high-brightness window displays—have 36-month base coverage. Eligible extensions up to 60 months total require a written plan and may involve additional charges. Custom products and nonstandard samples follow their agreed order terms. See the Returns and Limited Warranty Policy for exclusions, authorization, parts and whole-unit freight, and on-site service costs. Any longer coverage expressly agreed for an order remains valid.
